Microweily Conventional Metal Lathe
Microweily's conventional/manual lathes enjoy a worldwide reputation for their robustness and proven reliability, built over more than 50 years. Designed for durability, they offer consistent precision and longevity, making them a trusted choice for any machining and maintenance shop.
Hardened and ground gears
The gears of Microweily lathes are precision hardened and ground , ensuring stable, quiet and durable power transmission.
Advantage:
- Less wear and tear
- Improved mechanical reliability
- Consistent performance, even in intensive production
Hardened and ground bench
The Meehanite cast iron bed of these iron lathes is induction hardened to 52 HRC and precision ground , ensuring maximum wear resistance. This design guarantees long-term geometric stability and consistent accuracy, even under heavy machining.
Wide bench, synonymous with rigidity
Thanks to its extra-wide bed , the Microweily manual lathe offers superior stability and reduces vibration. The result: improved precision, increased repeatability, and the ability to confidently handle heavier machining operations.
Powerful spindle and motor
Microweily conventional lathes 7.5 to 15 HP motors , providing ample power for consistent, clean cuts. With a spindle bore of 2-1/16″ to 4-1/4″ (TY-16 to TY-26 series), they efficiently machine a variety of workpieces. For more demanding applications, the Heavy Duty series offers a spindle bore of up to 10 inches.
