The Meehanite cast iron bed of Microweily lathes is induction hardened to 52 HRC and precision ground, ensuring maximum wear resistance. This design guarantees long-term geometric stability and consistent accuracy, even under heavy machining.

Powerful spindle and motor

Equipped with tapered roller bearings, Microweily flat bed CNC lathes ensure maximum spindle rigidity. With a spindle bore of 4-1/8″ to 13-31/32″ and a 20 to 30 HP, they offer the power and stability needed for machining heavy and large-diameter workpieces.
