With the movement of the arc, it is possible to cut between 90° and +30°.
You can create 10 different programs (length and quantity) and they can be viewed on a digital panel.
The measurement is taken by repeating the race over a course of 500 lengths.
The 90° cutting capacity is 425 mm x 610 mm for the flat type and 450 mm for round-shaped materials.
With automatic height adjustment sensors, the arc approaches the material at a rapid speed and a hydraulic cutting control allows the arc to move back up onto the material after cutting.
This entire process is controlled by a mechanical switch.
The arc's fixing at any angle is controlled by a hydraulic braking system and you can control it by another digital counter located on the main body of the machine.
