With the movement of the arc, it is possible to cut between 90° and +30°.
In these machines, 30 different cutting programs can be written with 50 cutting steps (length and quantity information can be entered).
Length and angle information is read from the panel with the aid of a digital ruler.
The measurement is carried out by repeating the race over 700 race lengths.

In our machine, the cutting control is done hydraulically and after the cutting process, the machine arc automatically increases to the height of the material.
Our machine has a cutting capacity of 540 mm x 670 mm in 90° strips and Ø540 mm in round material.
With automatic height adjustment sensors, the arc approaches the material at a rapid speed and the hydraulic cutting control allows the arc to pass over the material after cutting.
This entire process is controlled by a mechanical switch.
Fixing the arc at any angle is controlled by the hydraulic braking system and you can control it by another digital counter placed on the main body of the machine.
