  • All slides are hardened, precision ground, then coated with Turcite-B for maximum wear resistance.
  • The X and Y axes are protected by telescopic stainless steel covers.
  • The X and Y axis drive uses high-precision lead screws, combined with double nuts, ensuring high feeding accuracy.
  • The spindle operates on precise angular contact bearings.
  • The spindle is precision-made from SCM21 alloy steel, heat-treated and precision ground.
  • All the gears in the milling head are hardened and precision ground for quiet operation.
  • The X-axis feed is driven by a high-torque servo motor, providing variable feed speed.
