The BM25 Vertical Stapler, designed for small and medium production runs, is characterized by its versatility, reliability, ease of use and quick setup:
- Versatility: Used for manufacturing small and large parts. Pins of all shapes and tolerances. Grooves from 2 mm to 25 mm or 1 inch.
It is also used as a press for straightening, freeing oxidized parts, mounting and dismounting bushings, ball bearings, and other components. - Reliability: By its method of use, the groove is always made with the required tolerance and parallelism.
- Easy to use: Anyone can make a groove without necessarily being an expert.
- Quick setup: The machine setup time before broaching is approximately 1 minute.
- Efficiency: The machine can easily be transported next to a lathe or machining center. While the machines are running, the same operator can perform the broaching.
