Description

High-quality steel frames

ACCURL steel frames undergo annealing at over 600°C to relieve stress and are designed to last for years of heavy use without distortion.

Fully annealed frame

ACCURL Innovative full hollow bed with very high power and gravity envelope, without square connection in the middle, without shielding in the cutting area, and the bed is not subjected to high temperature roasting, without burnout, more durable.

Graphite anti-burn technology

The area of ​​the entire machine tool on which the laser can fire is fully covered and protected by 20 mm thick anti-burnish graphite to ensure that the machine bed and worktable are not deformed and burned.

 

Automatic pallet table system

The double pallet changer is designed to increase productivity and minimize material setup time. The pallet changer allows for the loading of raw material sheets or the unloading of finished parts onto one pallet while the other pallet is in use.

Automatic shuttle table

The shuttle tables available on all machine models are fully electric and maintenance-free: there is no hydraulic oil to handle and table changes are quick, smooth and energy-efficient.

Rexroth linear guide drive system

The movement of the axes is achieved by rack

The axis movement is achieved through the ALPHA rack and pinion design. There are no intermediate load transmission elements between the motor and the pinion that could otherwise lead to losses in accuracy.

Automatic cleaning nozzles

After a predefined number of contours, the nozzle automatically performs a self-cleaning, without requiring operator intervention.

Precitec cutting head

Servomotor and drive system
