VLB's EF series final preparation machines are fast, precise, and highly versatile. They enable the final forming of tubes with high complexity, high deformation levels, and high repeatability. The tool sequence and linear positioning are driven by a servo motor and controlled by an easy-to-program CNC, ensuring high travel speed and exceptional accuracy. Our tube end forming machines can be equipped with up to six forming stations, including rotary stations for specific tasks and special applications.

Description

The EF series pipe end forming machines are extremely versatile. They feature CNC control, are easy to program, and have a large program storage capacity, combined with quick tool changes. They are suitable for high-volume applications such as the automotive industry and for more varied, shorter-batch applications such as furniture, aerospace, energy, etc.

EASE OF USE AND MAINTENANCE

The design is compact and all components are designed for easy access. The safety panels act as doors that free up the entire front of the machine for maintenance when opened.

GUI INTERFACE

The powerful control of EF tube end machining is easily programmable via the touch screen.

The software is very intuitive, easy to program and entirely developed by our IT department with the same consistency as all other software.

From the operator's point of view, this facilitates the communication of instructions in a pleasant and logical manner.

For example, the sequences and parameters of each operation can be easily modified and saved for later use. The software also allows for easy integration with tube loading and unloading systems and other production cells, such as pipe bending machines.
