High production twin column bandsaws, the X-TECH 630 is suitable for avariety of cutting requirements, combining advanced technology with an extremely solid mechanical structure.

  • It has one system that allows the vices to 'back off' to avoid the blade rubbing on the cut surface during the ascent of the sawframe for the next cut.
  • The added advantage of this design enables the use of high performance TCT bandsaw blades. Hydraulically pressure of ground TCT blade guides for maximum precision and squareness of cut.
  • With the option “Short Batch & 'One Off' Sawing” there is the possibility to cut not completely the material section in automatic cycle.
  • Automatic Trim Cut option, if the material has an acceptable pre sawn face, it will be accurately & automatically located relative to the blade 'zero' position. This feature saves time and cuts down on material waste.
  • All operating functions of the machine, errors and problem solving messages are clearly displayed.
  • A device for checking the accuracy/squareness of the cut, with automatic adjustment or stopping of the sawframe descent speed in the event of blade deviation.

  • It is equipped with CNC numerical control, through which the cutting and control parameters of the machine can be imposed automatically.

  • Hydraulic power unit with variable flow pump oil, which ensures a very low noise level and constant operating pressure, it is equipped with a flow filter and a pressure gauge.
  • The blade deviation control device ensures automatic compensation and/or stopping of the cutting advance in case of deviation beyond the predefined value.
  • Furthermore, it allows cuts to always be made that perfectly respect tolerances until the end of the tool's lifespan.
  • Newly designed bow with a thick cross-section that ensures a total absence of vibration and noise.
  • Thanks to the automatic cutting parameters, using the saw is even easier.
  • The CNC material library stores the cutting parameters of the 63 most commonly used materials.
