CUBO 300-NC

 

CNC automatic bandsaw, hydraulically driven. Miter cutting from 0° to 45° left in automatic cycle and from 0° to 60° left in semiautomatic cycle. CUBO 300-NC is an Industry 4.0 tool and has the possibility to use it remotely.

  • Easy stops at 0°, graduated plate to identify different angles.
  • High blade tensioning 1700 kg / cm² to increase cutting accuracy and reduce cutting time.
  • Up to 99 different cutting lengths and number of cuts can be memorized, with the possibility to repeat them more than once.
  • CNC with programming of all operations; automatic calculation of the blade thickness.

  • Rigid cast iron bow with tubular section and 320 mm pulleys.
  • Hinged blade guard for quick and easy blade replacement, motorized blade cleaning brush, high blade tension of 1700 kg/cm², ensuring high precision and reduced cutting time. Easy front adjustment with micro control switch.
  • Blade guide pads with carbide inserts and additional bearing at the front for better blade alignment.
  • Maximum stroke 515 mm, min. stroke 4 mm, minimum waste 210 mm.
  • CNC digital control, ability to store up to 99 cutting programs, multi-line with different lengths obtained on the same bar, automatic calculation of blade thickness, display of machine operating conditions, display of blade speed, total parts to be cut, alphanumeric screen and keyboard programming of cutting lengths (from 4 to 9999 mm) with automatic stroke repetition.
  • Electronic blade speed variator standard on the machine.
  • Mechanical device (feeler) which allows the bow to descend quickly onto the material to be cut and automatic raising of the starting point of the cut.
