The MC150B pyramid roller bending machine was designed by the Nargesa engineering team to perform bending operations on various profiles and materials at a significantly reduced cost to the customer. The secret lies in mass production. Many of our customers request a bending machine that is affordable, easy to use, and robust, like Nargesa products. One of the main reasons for purchasing one is the advantage of not having to rely on third parties to carry out bending work. The constant delays caused by having to depend on others always result in higher costs than investing in the MC150B profile and tube bending machine.
Features :
- Dual roller traction. The two lower rollers are motorized and adjustable for improved traction.
- Secure transmission by means of tempered flat gears.
- Curvature adjustment using the upper axis, which allows bending to be carried out on large diameter tubes and profiles without deformation.
- We supply the MC150B pipe bender with 9 standard rollers and washers, which can be used to create all kinds of profiles. (Square and rectangular tubes, solid square, round and rectangular profiles, U-shaped and T-shaped profiles, angles, flat plates, corner profiles, etc.) Only for round pipes do special specifications require additional information.
- Millimeter tape for bending on the upper axis.
- Two working positions, horizontal and vertical, on the same workbench.
- Corrective rollers on the lateral parts to control the deformation of the curvature, to make spirals and helical stairs.
